Now that Carphone Warehouse has said that it will be delivering the Motorola’s new release, the first Android 3.0 tablet on the store let's have a look at some its features.
The XOOM is exclusively available on the UK Carphone Warehouse but there’s a trading tactic that was probably used by Google in order to get suggestion Android.
This handset has a big HD ready 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen that can display 1280x800 pixels, that's enough to show one megapixel pictures and is 30 per cent more than the Apple iPad.
It is powered by a dual core Nvidia Tegra 2 system on chip at 1GHz. The SoC is based on the ARM Cortex A9 technology and has same panels as of the Motorola Atrix which is essentially smartphone edition of the tablet.
The tablet is the first one that has been announced with Google's Android 3.0 one which has been planned to have a large screen tablets but won't support Flash at release.
