HP's TouchPad have webOS to tablet

Saturday February 19, 2011

Yesterday we have got a demonstration on HP Veer and got a webOS. WebOS is HP's mobile operating system and today we're searching for details by the company's TouchPad tablet.

WebOS divides up your tasks into a series of 'cards' that you can flick between using the touchscreen. HP describes the idea behind the system as 'True Multitasking', but a good way of handling one’s tasks through which you can easily work on various cards at once. The tablet has a 1.2GHz dual core processor, part of its MSM8660 Qualcomm chipset, and 1GB of RAM. The 9.7in display has a 1,024x768 resolution, and HP is by an IPS panel to enhance its viewing angles.

The email customer works in a concertina way and then your email accounts can be comes out from underneath. Any card can be cast-off by a very pleasing gesture. The notification section is there at the top-right corner of webOS that help you to control your incoming data, as many of us are overwhelmed by lots of emails, status updates and tweets.

At the end they arrive at the notification segment and are stack as per of their kind. Just type is one of our favorite sections of webOS. The first set of options stress on searching the gadget itself for pertinent content. The second section propose services for you to search the net, these are also customizable and include many sites.

Both the new Veer and Pre3 phones, share the same brilliance, modest design and nice build quality. The handset is cunningly included with each other and other HP hardware. Touch one of the phones to the tablet and it will transfer data automatically, see our video demo.

The Veer smartphone should be there in markets by this spring, while the Pre3 smartphone and a Wi-Fi version of the TouchPad tablet will follow in the summer.
